Tents – A tent is a perfect solution when you want to host the event on site but need additional space. We have many versatile tents and canopies that can give you additional space and provide shelter from sun and inclement weather. Our tents can cover parking lots, driveways or stand alone. Wilson Rental’s professional staff is happy to assist you in planning out the tent sizes and styles to accommodate your needs.

Tent Accessories – Consider extras for your tent such as marquee entrances. Concerned about the weather? Solid, cathedral window, and clear sidewalls are available to protect against the elements.

Tables and Chairs – Wilson Rental has a variety of tables and chairs to provide seating and serving areas for your guests. We have standard folding chairs useful for any application as well as conference tables, banquet tables and other specialty tables.

Stages - Various sizes of stages are available. Heights are adjustable, depending on your event. Options include steps, runways, hand rails, ramps, skirting and backdrops.

Lighting – From contemporary to festive, lighting can provide a dramatic element by setting the style and theme for your event.

Sound Systems – We have a variety of products to offer for your specific needs, including a Lectern Stand with Sound, a 300watt Sound System, and a i-Pod DJ System.

Linens – We have a large selection of quality linens and skirting in your choice of fabrics and colors to dress up your event.

Fabric Décor – Fabric treatments can help you achieve dramatic results. Contrasting or complimenting colors can enhance your style and theme.

Portable Bars – Bars give you an additional serving option for beverages; the two-tiered models are also ideal for serving buffets.

Catering/Food Service Equipment – Chafing dishes and hot boxes help ensure food is kept at the correct temperature. Serving equipment such as coffee pots and beverage dispensers also available.

Grills – We carry charcoal and propane grills for your outdoor cooking.

Coat/Garment Racks – Coat Racks help keep your guest's coats unwrinkled and organized. Perfect for keeping fashion show garments in order. Hangers also available.

Generators – Large events require a substantial amount of electricity to power lighting, sound systems, food prep and catering equipment, electronics, and displays. We can supply generators and other power distribution products to help handle the additional load of electricity required to facilitate your event.

Trash Receptacles – It’s a good idea to have a number of trash receptacles placed throughout the event. We offer the convenience of plastic garbage cans or cardboard trash containers that are compact and easy to assemble.

Ceremonial Tools - We offer gold-plated shovels for your ground breaking and giant scissors that really cut for your ribbon cutting ceremony.

Casino Nights, Bingo, and other Fundraisers

Casino and Bingo Nights, Fashion Shows, Pancake Breakfasts, etc. These events can require a lot of advance planning and preparation. With our extensive experience, we can work with you to help you host an exciting and successful event.

Runways – Our stage materials can be fabricated into raised runways for fashion shows.

Coat/Garment Racks – Coat Racks help keep your guest's coats unwrinkled and organized. Perfect for keeping fashion show garments in order. Hangers also available.

Lighting – Lighting can provide a dramatic element by setting the style and theme for your event. We can also provide simple and effective task lighting and utility lighting.

Public Address/Sound Systems – We have a variety of products to offer for your specific needs, including a Lectern Stand with Sound, a 300watt Sound System, and a i-Pod DJ System.

Food Preparation – We carry charcoal and propane grills for your outdoor cooking and pancake griddles to help you host your pancake breakfasts.

Concession Equipment - The more variety, the better. We offer Hot Dog Carts and Steamers, Popcorn and Cotton Candy Machines, Sno-Cone and Margarita Machines.

Games – Fun Jumps, horseshoes and bean bag games available.

Canopy Tents – Food and beverage vendors can be protected from the outdoor elements with our versatile canopy tents.
